The Cisco T1/E1/IMA ATM UNI service modules (AUSMs) are designed for use with the MGX
™
8220 Edge Concentrator, the MGX 8230 and MGX 8250 multiservice gateways and the MGX 8800 series wide-area edge switches. The MGX-AUSM-8E1/B offers eight E1s for flexible configuration of E1 UNIs providing up to 16 Mbps of bandwidth for ATM service interfaces.

By bidding on this equipment from Sector Supply you are agreeing to the following additional terms and conditions if you are the winning bidder: 1) Any equipment purchased from Sector Supply will be purchased with the sole intention of use for resale, repair, or refurbishment; 2) If the equipment has been tested for key functions, Sector Supply will provide a copy of the test out sheet for said equipment upon request, detailing the test results for each unit in the purchase. If equipment has any test failures, this will be made known to the purchaser; 3) Any equipment being purchased without testing is understood to be sold for reuse, repair, and refurbishment only and may require a complete downstream vendor audit package; 4) Sector Supply requires that any residual R2 Focus Materials that may result from the repair or refurbishment of this equipment must be handled in a way that conforms to Provision 5 of the R2 standard in regards to focus materials (items containing mercury, CRTs and CRT Glass, batteries, circuit boards, items containing PCB’s, and toner and toner cartridges); 5) In addition to your regular warranty terms with Sector Supply, which are not changed by this Agreement, Sector Supply extends the offer to take back any residual focus materials from the repair or refurbishment of this equipment at no charge, as well as any equipment that does not function according to the key function tests that are performed on them; 6) Unless later returned under warranty or thereafter, all equipment purchased will be deemed to meet the requirements of the customer’s specifications; 7) Equipment or components if sold, will be sold for reuse, with key functions working; 8) All residual focus material resulting from the repair or refurbishment of the equipment sold by Sector Supply to customer will either be returned to Sector Supply, or will be handled in a manner that conforms to the provisions of the R2 standard (available upon request).

The following R2:2013 equipment conditions apply depending on the description of the item listed: (a) Items described as NEW or TESTED are considered to be “Tested for Full Functions, R2/Ready for Reuse” under the R2:2013 standard

If KEY TESTED equipment has any key test failures, this will be made known to the purchaser by describing such failures in the listing itself

and any equipment being purchased without either full or key functions testing (e.g., UNTESTED, KNOWN DEFECTIVE, or DAMAGED) is understood to be sold for reuse, repair, and refurbishment only. UNTESTED purchases will require customer qualification prior to shipment (see preview of the agreement you will be asked to sign in listing)1

KNOWN DEFECTIVE or DAMAGED purchases will require a complete downstream vendor audit package prior to shipment – we will contact you to proceed. All purchases of UNTESTED, KNOWN DEFECTIVE or DAMAGED product is subject to annual verification of the product’s disposition, meaning you agree to respond to Sector Supply with information and documentation (redacted shipping docs, etc) upon request.
1. Customer understands Sector Supply LC is a “reuse” vendor, and that unless otherwise expressly agreed to in writing, all equipment purchased is used and potentially refurbished or modified equipment. Sector Supply LC does not claim original authorship, patents, copyrights, or any other intellectual property rights in the products it sells, other than those rightfully and commonly obtained, held, and capable of transfer as a bona fide reseller of goods. Any trademarks contained on the products sold by Sector Supply LC are owned by their respective trademark holders, and are in place on products only as they were present when the product was purchased by Sector Supply LC.
2. Other than any warranty for returns that may be expressly offered in writing, any other warranties, whether express or implied, are hereby disclaimed.
The limit of either party’s liability to the other arising out of or RELATED TO Customer’s use or resale of products from each purchase, is agreed to be limited to the amount due or paid by Customer for thAT PURCHASE. In no event will either party be liable to the other for any additional damages, whether economic or non-economic, incidental, indirect, consequential, special, exemplary, punitive or otherwise.
3. Customer is responsible for assessing, confirming, and deciding on the suitability and proper use, installation, and configuration of products purchased from Sector Supply LC, whether for its own network, or for resale to customers.
Customer indemnifies and holds harmless Sector Supply LC, its owners, members, shareholders, affiliates, agents, employees, executives, and contractors, from and against all claims, liabilities, losses, damages, costs and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees (collectively, “Claims”) brought by third parties or the Customer’s own employees caused by, or arising from, any (a) negligent act or omission of the Customer, (b) failure of Customer to perform its own contractual obligations or satisfy its own legal requirements, including, but not limited to, those pertaining to import/export restrictions, environmental compliance, and safety

and (c) Customer’s unauthorized modification, alteration, upgrading or labeling of products.
