Damaged Items
Due to the nature of the products we sell, we carefully inspect all packages prior to shipping.
All of our products are sold as brand new, all damaged products are considered damaged during transit (even though outer boxes is not damaged).
If you received a damaged or broken item,
please contact us immediately with pictures
so we can help you with the damage claim with the shipping carrier.
No claims will be honored after 14 days upon item receive.
When exchanging or returning,
all products must be in original packaging with order number issued by our company

Packages received
