This vintage authentic Boston U.S. Tour 1987 Concert T-Shirt has been in storage for more than 30 years and is in good preowned condition. The front features a large orange
Boston
over a multicolored graphic depicting a space ship approaching the
Boston
flying saucer and beyond it, the earth. Printed on the back side is
Boston,
again in orange letters, over U.S. Tour 1987 in blue letters with orange underscoring. The shirt has been worn, but the colors and graphics are still very good for a shirt of this age. While there are no major holes, rips, tears, pulls, or other noticeable signs of wear, there are several marks on the left side of the chest and also in the lower portions of the front of the shirt. Further, there is a small and barely detectable dot on the back side of the left sleeve and more noticeable marks above the “U” in Tour and on the left side of the back hem. There are also some wrinkles and creases from the many years of storage.
This T-shirt is white in color, but there is no tag so the content of the fabric, manufacturer, and country of origin are unknown. The same is true for the size, but it is always best to rely on the measurements anyway. They are about 19.5 inches from underarm to underarm (that is, 39 inches in circumference), 22.5 inches from the top of the front collar to the bottom of the garment, and 26.5 inches from the top of the collar to the bottom of the back side. It measures about 7.5 inches from the collar seam to the shoulder seam and 7 inches from the shoulder seam to the end of the short sleeve.
